[Lilug] Stripping down an Ubuntu Image?

This is an excellent point.  DSL, MicroLinux, and probably a couple others
are designed to run off a thumb drive.  You certainly don't need Gnome or
KDE, and all the million apps that would come with either one, so start as
small as you can.  I would guess that Ubuntu is probably one of the larger
distros.
