[Lilug] LILUG zoom meeting tonight at 8pm

Thanks for allowing me to stay in meeting.  

Was interesting, but I felt like there was (from beginning to end) a "get lost" vibe (I tried to offer to leave early on), but the reality is if they really wanted me to leave, they could've just banned me form the meeting which I would've been fine with.  If they're not going to block me, then if I'm free I'll consider myself able to attend.  If they always want to make it about me, hey, whatever.  Anger at another person never hurts the other person.

As one example, whomever that was who made the comment about the letter I wrote in CACM (the commodore 64/compute's gazette statement), it looked like he was trying to get me to comment, I didn't see a need to (though if I grew a set, I would've turned on my camera and/or mic).  I haven't really been a programmer in 20 years, I just read an article on medium saying most programmers burn out within about 10 years, exact kind of problems I had - you start seeing patterns everywhere.  I don't want to insult him, but when he was showing his stickerbook collection (something I did at 8 years old, trading stickers with friends), I was reminded of throw mama from the train when owen (danny devito) shows his coin collection.  But rather than insulting him, which I don't want to do, I will comment in fairness that I have a developmental disability (google "r-word").  So yes, I'm insulting myself.  I don't see a problem with him, just would prefer he not be aggressive with me.

I fully expect this message to be blocked, I was promised it would be a few years ago, so this is me talking to the void.
