[Lilug] python-3.10 om ubuntu 20.4

I have a computer running ubuntu-20.4 and I can not update, because the c++ libraries have changed and a commercial library does not link into the new  system.
On the other hand on ubuntu 20.4 the version of python3 is 3.8, and I can't use a program that uses 3.10 features. 
Is there a way to update python to 3.10 on ubuntu 20.4?
