[Lilug] LILUG Meeting Notes Update

Hello All,

I have made notes from the April 2025 meeting and additionally converted 
all existing notes to Markdown format. This will allow faster editing 
and viewing them directly from the GitHub website is now possible. 
Additionally, I made copies of all notes in PDF so they can be 
downloaded and read on more devices.

If you want to contribute to the notes, this is also easier now. I put 
more info on this within the README.md and reorganized the entire 
repository by month. LILUG, we have a mean, lean, note taking machine in 
our hands, so feel free to take it for a spin!
