[Lilug] Next LILUG meeting TUESDAY!

Since it's my talk I'll also bring refreshments, taking nominations (bubble
tea and ice cream cakes already on the list).
My (actual) synopsis: In this brief workshop I will present techniques of
functional programming, i.e. the use of e.g. immutable ("pure") data and
structures, generic and higher-order functions, monadic composition of
computational ("side") effects, strong (and dependent) static type systems
as a paradigmatic shift in systems design and engineering, with potential
to significantly reduce architectural complexity, undefined and/or
unexpected behaviors, improving general (verified) robustness and
(computational and "cognitive") efficiency.
