<div style="font-family:Arial;">the offending ISP's so now they get a '403', but they continue.<br></div>

<div style="font-family:Arial;">What could they gain by only getting website header? Nothing there but a couple of normal header lines and a style.<br></div>

<div>The CIA has extensive guidelines for writing viruses that can't be traced<br></div>

<div>Something horrendous lurks in COMODO.<br></div>

<div>Interestingly about the only thing that doesn't seem to be popped is<br></div>

<div>If the CIA is doing it, it is reasonable to expect every country with a<br></div>
<div>similar budget (China, Russia, EU?) to do the same. If not in the past<br></div>

<div>internet of things is now suspect in a non theoretical way. Vehicles are<br></div>
<div>now suspect in a non theoretical way. Computers should be considered<br></div>
<div>owned or safe based on traffic patterns, not just 'up to patch,<br></div>
<div>unconfigured services off.' IMO air gapping critical computers should be<br></div>
<div>considered. Perhaps custom compilation.<br></div>

<div>As for the folks who said this was not possible, in hindsight, what<br></div>
<div>exactly were you defending?<br></div>
