[Lilug-si-sig] DMCA pushed aside from fair use

Hi

 	Great news.  Looks like the EFF has won some rights back from the 
DMCA.  Unsupported software, car computers, and DVD rips for mixes are 
among the exempt 'bad' behaviors.

 	Best part?  The VW emissions 'trick' SPELLED OUT how insidious 
secret (aka:unsecured) car software can be.

 	Not to mention VW went super aggressive on their electric car 
platform once the penalty was announced.  This EPA ruling is the gift that 
just keeps giving.
