[Lilug Planning] November's speaker can't make it

Some time ago I had claimed the slot for Novembers talk for a co-worker of
mine who wants to give a talk about BSD.
Well, something came up for him recently and he cannot give the talk
Tuesday, so I'm pushing it back by a month.
This leaves us needing a speaker again.
Sorry for the last minute drop on this,
