[Lilug Planning] looking in to having a puppet talk at Lilug

So, this isn't going to happen.  They're headquarted in Portland and
the trainer that is out here for the seminar has a pretty packed
schedule while he is here.  If anyone goes to the seminar though, they
could give a talk at Lilug at some point about it.  It still looks
pretty interesting.
