Hi everyone.

Well, it's one week 'til the next meeting. There's been some discussion
about officer nominations/elections (which is good, and thanks Mark for
reminding us about the above).

But there's been nothing about an actual discussion topic or presentation.

I don't recall anyone being scheduled to talk at the meeting. But we
need some kind of topic. We can always default to Mark's recent idea of
soliciting mini-topics and then having someone represent that topic as
we let everyone choose which mini-topic group they want to participate
in (there's probably a formal term for this kind of thing but I've
forgotten it!). We do need to announce something, and not for the first
time to the masses next Tuesday morning either.

I've posted a start of a meeting notice on the wiki - it contains the
current known nominees for gov't positions and a note that we're still
discussing a meeting topic.

Thanks in advance to those in planning who can help decide what we'll be
meeting about next Tuesday.

Cheers,
Matt S
