I took a look at the wiki function that Mark wrote (it's in 
~lilug/www.lilug.org/w/extensions/lilug_ext.php). The custom function 
called "render_meetingdatetime" does have an "overrride" but appears to 
only take an argument for year and month (unless I'm missing something).

For now, I just commented out the call to the function on the main page 
and substituted a static string.  I'll remove that after 2/14/12 :-)  I 
also removed the note about ignoring the function return on the meeting 
page for Feb to clean that up a bit.

For future development, we can think about how to possibly incorporate a 
date override to the render_meetingdatetime function.
