[Lilug] Recommend nvidia card

Actually I enjoy it with a minimum of effects.  Some of them like wiggly 
windows are good for giggles, but i find the fade-ins and shadowing very 
nice.

AHA!  The world keeps changing around me.  I will look into the Intel 
solution.
