Yes, your new router is broadcasting optimumwifi - Cablevision is actually being 
sued right now because of this:

CV insists the optimumwifi doesn't detract from your bandwidth or use the same 
IP that's assigned to your OOL installation, but the "added electrical draw" 
argument might have some legs. Whatever the case is, I'd feel uneasy enough 
about this arrangement that I'd disconnect the Cablevision-supplied router and 
use my own.
