[Lilug] Do not upgrade to android 6/marshmello

Hi

 	Quick update.  Looks like Ubuntu 15.10 does not share the trouble 
with OSX 10.11 and RHEL6.  Data transfer seems fine.  Huge relief.  This 
is workable and google now has someplace to start to fix it.

 	Man do I want an open source from the factory phone!

 	Oh I feel the need to share.  My FIOS business class experience 
has been top notch.  White glove.  No malarkey.  Still pissed they
railroaded me on the DSL, but man all ports (AFAICT) are really open AND 
they set up a PTR without a peep.

 	Natch lots of attacks, but that's the wacky internet for ya!

 	Worth the small increase in dough.
