[Lilug] looking for a rack-mount all-in-one workstation

This is the sort of thing we occasionally use paired with a rack mounted
workstation:

I naively thought, since it is the size of a laptop, it might as well have
the guts of a laptop.
Along those lines I should say that I make a strong distinction between a
rack mounted device and a literal laptop sitting on a 1U roll-out shelf
(even with a security jobber attached)
