[Lilug Planning] Problem with giving LILUG talk next Tues 12/7

If we go the minitalk route I could adapt my lisug presession for one of
them. It is more developer oriented.

The talk was debugging php apps with eclipse, firebug and fiddler. Fiddler
is windows only, so out the window for a lilug talk. However, the rest still
applies. I wouldn't go as far as setting XAMPP on linux either.
