[Lilug Planning] Talk about R programming language

Last night on the radio show we asked one of the guests if they'd be we
willing to give a talk about the R programming
language<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R_%28programming_language%29>.
They agreed that it would make a good subject if Lilug was interested. Bill
burns works directly with this person and has agreed to handle the
co-ordination of this speaker. This is mostly just an FYI message.
