[Lilug Planning] [Government] Lilug and Social Media

Glad to see these discussions are happening. I've also been talking
(briefly) to the nearby lugs on suggestions for meeting topics and
ideas. Most of this information has been added to the wiki dropbox
list. We should also consider creating a Meetup.com account for lilug
as Nylug has tried.
